      Salarios altos comparado con empresas del mismo rubro y buenas prestaciones.

      Cons

      Cero estrategia; la venta depende 100% del distribuidor, el liderazgo está obsoleto y no se aceptan nuevas ideas. No hay capacitación, ni tampoco hay dirección, ni trabajo en equipo entre áreas. El producto es lo que mantiene a flote a la compañía. Demasiados capitanes con pensamiento de hace 25 años, y en contra de la innovación vs pocos soldados.

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
