It’s a fast pace work environment. If you don’t like that you won’t like this job.

Benefits and co workers were very good.

Husband and wife owners. Lots of nepotism. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing and they will change your job title multiple times and have you doing a job that you were not hired for. They laid off multiple skilled and lnsurance licensed workers only to hire high school buddies and more cousins who are not licensed and have never worked in insurance? I would not recommend working here.
