Good benefits overall, with three different tiers to choose from and a decent 401(k) match. It’s also a good place to learn the absolute basics and fundamentals of the industry; because the tech is older, you actually have to learn how everything works from the ground up.

It's a very siloed environment where departments don't really talk to each other, and the culture is lacking. The tech and workflows are pretty far behind the times. Management structure is also confusing—since there is a lack of clear leadership at the very top (no definitive CEO), everything has to be escalated to the executive team just to get a decision.
