Pros

Work from home flexibility Some genuinely nice/ capable coworkers No real company culture (some people tried to revive the culture, but everyone hates it there it didn't work)

Cons

Really disappointing company. Leadership is fully aware of the organization’s long-standing problems but chooses to do nothing, preferring to carry on with their heads in the sand. The system has been neglected for years and is no longer competitive. It will never be able to be a SaaS product which makes it extremely difficult to win new business. The outdated technology also causes existing clients to question why they are paying such high fees. Instead of addressing the real issues, leadership laid off nearly all mid-level managers, which has only deepened the disconnect across the company. There is no clear vision, no accountability, and no willingness to invest in the product or people. Leadership has driven the company into the ground, and it’s clear they don’t care.

Pros

Good benefits overall, with three different tiers to choose from and a decent 401(k) match. It’s also a good place to learn the absolute basics and fundamentals of the industry; because the tech is older, you actually have to learn how everything works from the ground up.

Cons

It's a very siloed environment where departments don't really talk to each other, and the culture is lacking. The tech and workflows are pretty far behind the times. Management structure is also confusing—since there is a lack of clear leadership at the very top (no definitive CEO), everything has to be escalated to the executive team just to get a decision. Don't expect much from the annual bonuses either, as they are consistently low
