Various candidates reporting that they received an offer only to have it withdrawn because they don't respond quickly enough. ~ 3-4 days Head Hunting - candidates poached from direct competitor Product is carbon copy of competitor software Despite claims to be market ready, platform is still in dev stage, lots of bugs CEO has no previous leadership, zero sales experience No processes in place- i.e. Training, Marketing, Lead Generation
