      1. Great work culture (kudos to the HR dept). 2. You directly get to work with the senior management which helps in building a lot of necessary skill set and not limit yourself to s ingle domain. 3. Great environment to work 4. Supportive team members helps you thrive in your field and fun activities 5. Exceptional product and and definitely something worth working on.

      Pros

      I've been part of Rocketium for almost 6 months now. In such a short period my learning has been amazing because every team member here is super helpful and approachable. The culture here is beautiful and people treat each other with so much kindness. They listen to employees and make sure every query is addressed. We get refuel days every month to ensure everyone gets that extra day of break from work. Lastly, my favourite is the 845 culture. We work 8 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday.

      So far its been great. No cons to add.
