Pros
This company has many offices and the Waltham office had a few hundred people. They were very friendly and the company had a policy to encourage us to help each other. They had a mission statement that the CEO constantly emphasized and in reviews, these values were encouraged.
Cons
As the company has grown, it has slowly become more corporate. More middle management was added, and not always with the best experience. Some of the people hired from IBM brought their brand of big corporation to Rocket and it has had a bad effect. The CEO is a great man, but he is sheltered from the company and he cannot control their effect
