      They can put you to work quickly, without a long drawn out process

      Cons

      They don't follow employment laws, they talk down to people, they don't give you proper training or enough information, no development, horrible HR department.

      Remote work was the best thing about it

      Cons

      They tell you there is nothing to worry about, you have job security, and they layoff half the company with no notice
