Pros
It’s a good company, that will reward you as long as you work properly. If you spend your time on corners chatting, or you visit the coffee machine 10 times a day and have a relaxed lifestyle, this company is not for you. People here work anywhere between their standard contracted hours and up to double that, based on the projects requirements. You are not forced to stay and finish the impossible deadlines, but many do stay because rockets are fun, and you get a sense of accomplishment when you see a rocket you have contributed to launching successfully.
Cons
Can be hard work and long hours, and competition is very high. Many people love what they do, love to share it, but if you’re not able to keep up, you’ll be taxed. Management is harsh from this perspective, and any salary raise or bonus will be a direct reflection of your competency and dedication.
