Awesome culture with opportunities to grow.

None that I can think of.

The benefits are great. Close proximity to downtown.

Compensation doesn’t align with the performance expectations. Poor work life balance because it is hard to get time off. Overtime can become extreme with people having to work three weekends per month. Opportunities for advancement are practically impossible as positions are reserved for those who are already in leadership.
