Pros

There is a very easy attendance policy. The pay is not to bad. There is always a chance to do a new job. There is always a chance for overtime. As ling as you show up you will have a job.

Cons

The heat is very hot. The air quality is bad with allot of sand and metal in the air. The break times are short even when its hot. There is little to no supervision. The insurance is very high. There is no balance between work and home, most of the time you have to work six days a week eight plus hours a day.

Pros

Decent Pay, Holidays off, Free Hearing Test

Cons

You will get lung damage from inhaling silica sand dust and various other airborne chemicals. You will be left alone to do the job of multiple people, without a break or a lunch. You will have to deal with the filthiest environment I've ever been in, unless you work in the front offices, which are a separate building from the actual molding facilities. You will be expected to work overtime whenever it is posted and you only get paid time off you earn throughout the year. Your union reps are all friends with the main office. If you have a grievance, good luck pal. They will fire you because your shirt is the wrong color.
