      Global assigns most of every decision in IT, not much to explore or get lost.

      But admin right and chances to be technical or to learn is very limited.

      Pros

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Cons

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
