Pros

Employee benefits are good and continuously improving. Work-life balance depends on your role and function but for manufacturing wise it is rather good and respectable. Generally the staff were all friendly.

Cons

Poor career progression and opportunities. Little internal opportunities available due to slow or lack of department restructures in most departments. Management level is rather conservative and unwilling to give junior or younger employees challenges and opportunities. Very rigid and careers are often very stagnant with no growth possible despite false promises by management.

The benefits are good so far just like any other company

Cons

Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
