Robust is a growing, successful company with a good reputation. Management are incredibly supportive of staff, trusting them to do their job and helping where needed.

The company is currently in a transitional phase, which is exciting but can be a little uncomfortable for some colleagues.

Great pay in terms of location and the average wage in the immediate surrounding areas. A production bonus scheme. Great working hours and break times.
