They are good in selling dreams. Its a startup and they were able to develop good website and lead generation system. They not only sell dreams to their clients but also to their employees. They will send you on trips to outstation. You will be meeting a lot good people from education sector.
Cons
This seems to be a scam. They are selling their modules across the world without having any team of trainers. Schools who have believed in their sales team and have invested are going to repent soon as they already have a long list of dissatisfied clients. The founder is highly impulsive and takes immediate and immature decisions. He doesnt have knowledge how companies work. Has never worked himself or grinded himself in any company environment. Likes to be called an enterpreneur but he doesnt have any realistic approach towards the companies goals. forget about salary and incentives, even they will not pay you for your own money which you have used in their tours. Your incentives will never reach you. They want to hire people from MNC's but cant pay them, dont have any training infrastructiure for freshers. The biggest issue would be to serve their clients. They will ask you to travel during weekends, in the night and expect you to be there on time in their office next day. Work times are 9 to 7 and you will be working 6 days in a week. Sometimes you will be asked to in the office on sundays also to take care of an outstation client. THey deduct money from your salary for every single minute you are late in reaching office in the morning. JUst like big boss you will be watched by the founder and his team in his room and they will be always be over your head. They will give you very lucrative designation but will treat you like a fresher. Join them at your own risk.
