Pros

No pros to be shared at all. Just don't accept their offer if you want to save yourself from the mental stress, toxicity, and career gap. If I could I would have given this organization a minus rating; they don't even deserve 1 star.

Cons

Everyone there is saving their own tail. No one cares about others, and there is no support from the team or the CEO. The product they market is the same one they use on their employees. They love to lay off employees as they please, without any solid reasons, prior PIPs, or any sort of professionalism. They don't even follow labor laws, declining any maternity leave beyond 1 month and so much more. This company is just hiring and terminating employees as they go. That's why they still have fewer than 150 employees across the US and India after 15 years in the field and still call themselves a startup. Such a stupid and entitled bunch of people

Pros

They have a good product.

Cons

Nothing negative to say. Every experience is step towards learning so for that I am grateful.

Pros

Good product that still needs a lot of work, but has potential if management steps back and actually listens to feedback that is shared Good people there, hard workers

Cons

Role expectations shifted significantly after hire Minimal to no formal training or mentorship; onboarding relied almost entirely on self-learning through AI tools and recorded materials Inconsistent and sometimes conflicting managerial feedback regarding performance and readiness High employee turnover, which impacted team continuity and knowledge transfer Lack of established internal HR or training infrastructure, resulting in unclear policies and processes Expect to work well over 40 hours per week or you will be judged The environment was unstable and poorly set up for success
