      Good people, benefits, pay. Mostly interesting work. Pretty good WLB and not too stressful.

      Cons

      Leadership seems to be checked out or out of touch. Lack of progressions/long promotion timelines. Volatile stock.

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
