      Willing to work with your schedule. Good Vacation hours. Great company.

      Cons

      No sick days. No 401k. Do not get paid for Plant Holidays. Use a lot of vacation days for shutdowns.

      Lots of overtime, flexible positions if one doesn't suit you, all major holidays off, one week off a month

      Cons

      Harsh environment, inflexible schedule, no pay scale, make much less than non contract workers, health insurance is expensive
