Pros

Healthcare is fully paid for. Lunches are paid. Hybrid schedule got nuked and it just as bad now as everywhere else. Lost the competitive draw.

Cons

First week LOVED IT! Second week after hire, they rug pulled the remote work agreement saying everyone is in 3 days a week insteaf of remote a week, 3 days the next. I had 2 other offers for more money and that benefit alone sold me on this place. Fine other benefits good. Rhen they give us shifts after lying in interview that they’d handle it you either get to start your commute at 4am or get home at midnight. Have your pick! THEN, they announce we need our series 3 within 60 days or we’re canned because they want to combine groups. None of this was told to us during interviews.

Pros

Some really good people, generally. There's far more camaraderie than enthusiasm for the product or the company's direction. It's less "we believe in the mission" and more "we're all just getting through this together."

Cons

Middle and senior management have virtually no control over the constantly shifting "priority of the day" handed down by leadership. Teams are expected to abandon work and pivot without question, often because of reactive decisions that lack clear strategic direction. The culture is driven by fear. Everyone knows the axe is always hanging overhead, and people can be let go without warning or explanation. One day they're there; the next they're gone. That uncertainty has become an accepted part of working here.
