Pros

Unfortunately all the pros left when the last CEO left. Like the sinking Titanic, what can one say is good. It was a good company?

Cons

Robertet's new management does not treat people fairly. They look to fire long time employees who have achieved higher pay and longer vacations with new people for less pay. They are continuously reducing the benefits of the average worker. Everyone is fearful that they will be replaced and for good reasons as there has been dozens and dozens of long time employees that have been fired or forced out. Once there was a workforce of happy employees and now employees do just what they have to and no more. Human Resources is a joke and continually pushes the boundaries of legality never mind decency. Firing employees with over 15 years of employment a week before Christmas or Thanksgiving, no problem for this new management. They will simply get someone new for less pay from the CEO's old company. Customer satisfaction is down and so are sales. Soon all will be lost with the ship. It is a shame the family in France did not pay closer attention.

Pros

I had such an amazing experience here. I felt so welcomed by the team and gained a ton of experience in analytical chemistry. I also gained a newfound appreciation for fragrances that carries with me today. My degree was actually in another scientific field, and this internship is what set me up for my first job out of college as a chemist. I am forever grateful for my experience here and for everyone who supported me throughout my summer internship. It was sad to leave, and I still think about my time here with fond memories.

Flexibility, easy to request time of

Cons

Management don’t let you grow, rules apply whenever is convenient to them. They will keep you in one department if that’s where it is convenient to them.
