      Secure company with a focus on personal development, career progression and supporting its employees. - Personal development focus - Belief in their staff - Team synergy - Agreeable commission structure for enterprise company with good a base salary - Approachable leaders - Billing managers

      Cons

      Perks + benefits could be better; - Gym memberships - Health insurance - Company phone or tech - More WFH flexibility - Business development transport/rideshare card. I think many of the suggested perks could and should be earnt over time as KPI's or loyalty/tenure milestones are hit.
