Pros
RHI is the best performing and most respected company in our industry. You can be proud of where you work. Your compensation is directly impacted by how hard you work, how good you are and how much time you put in and it can be quite lucrative. In my geographical area, management is exceptional. Competent, approachable, helpful. They have gone above and beyond to support us through a slower job market and when there have been personal, health, family committments. We work hard but we have fun doing it. You work in a small office, tight knit group that gets along well while having the name, resources and financial backing of a successful, multi-billion dollar company. On the corporate level we have had a smart, consistent strategy, have made good decisions and are very healthy financially. It would be a lie if I said they were perfect, I have had some bad days there. I even left for a while (personal reasons primarily) but knew early on I wanted to go back and have not regretted returning.
Cons
RHI is a sales bvased organization that takes corporate and personal performance seriously. They have high expectations but noy unreasonable. It isn't always easy to meet these goals and there can be considerable pressure when you are underperforming. Though I only work about 45 hpours a week now, 50 at most, I did put in more in the early years but even then they were flexible for appointments, family things, etc.
