Pros
* They give you opportunities to get started in your field or related options. * Good client base (Calgary) * Warm attention * Very punctual and quick weekly payment process * Good training website option. * Convenient locations: downtown and SE
Cons
* The service depends on (a lot of) the counselor assigned to your case. * There were many personnel changes at the end of 2012 that affected my chances for better contracts. * I received phone calls for other positions not related to my field or with less responsibilities. * The person assigned to my case did not attend in 3 consecutive appointments to talk with me, my supervisor and see my work (one was understandable for health). Cancellation calls were not received. I just left waiting for her. * My last counselor did not seek better opportunities for me. I found them on my own. Who replaced me started earning 34% more than me and fulfilling the same responsibilities (?). * They do not pay civic holidays like other similar companies do.
