Very good training and a giant database of companies. You can make money in a good economy. Client contacts are useful.
Cons
Cutthroat. Managers hide behind upper management policies and whims and can't think for themselves. They are the ones who've managed to hang on long enough for other team members to drop off and these chosen few reap the benefits of another's hard work.
