Frequent layoffs – The company has a pattern of layoffs occurring once or twice a year. Even highly tenured employees (15–25 years) are not immune, which creates ongoing job security concerns for myself and coworkers.
Lack of transparency around terminations – At times, coworkers appear to be let go with little explanation, which can impact morale and trust in the company.
Compensation imbalance – I feel like candidates and recruiters are often prioritized financially (bonuses, incentives), while operational support staff have no bonuses (unless you win an award) and minimal year-end recognition for the holidays.
