Best exposure to abreast technologies, Employee friendly work culture, good work life balance, stable business as Bosch is not in Stock market.. Empasis on Invention and patent filing activities, great library and garden. Avid Forums for publishing research papers, ideas. Less work pressure.A Company which does not equates every action of its employee to money!!!! . Very easily projections can be made so for the right person great perk is there...
Cons
People who do not do anything other than asigned work won't be celebrated much even if they perform 200%. at it. and also Buttering management team is required.
