- yearly salary increase - easy to climb up (to management positions) - campus looks nice
Cons
- office is ridiculously overcrowded - noisy open office that's divided unfairly - bonus tied to low fluctuation - HR is slow and arrogant - IT infrastructure is expensive but configured poorly - technical decision made by management are poor - no career option in software development - huge, unresolved cultural differences with Asian locations - software teams can include members from 5 countries and 4 time zones - all the dark side of embedded development. they basically invented all the current problems.
