Upper management needs serious work - Registered Nurse Robert Alexander Center for Recovery Employee Review

RAC is an amazing facility and program to work for. The staff genuinely care about the patients, and everyone is so warm and welcoming. I’ve never worked for a better company.

Can be high stress, but that comes with the field. Extensive documentation, but again, comes with the field.

Free food, benefits are not deducted from your paycheck (if you’re single).

Can’t trust upper management, poor PTO accrual, lack of direction, concerned more with profit than people. They will restructure and lay off staff with no support (no severance, PTO cash out) outward appearance may be fair and helpful but truly they don’t care about staff nor clients beyond their financial benefit. No real room for growth or promotion.
