Pros

If you're not looking to work too hard, just make sure you suck up to the right people and you'll get away with never having to really work.

Cons

Low pay, terrible management, especially in upper management. There's really no recognition for hard work, unless you're a sales person. Office workers get walked all over and taken advantage of. Benefits are not good, but they will make you feel like you they're doing you a favor by even offering medical. If you want to be under appreciated and overworked then this is the place for you.

Pros

The earning potential here is excellent, especially for those who are motivated and performance-driven. The store operates more like a boutique, so the hours are more manageable compared to traditional mall retail, which allows for a better work-life balance. The team consists of 9 associates, with 6 having 15-23 years of tenure with Robbins Brothers, creating a strong, experienced, and supportive environment.

Cons

Success in this role isn’t for everyone. It requires genuinely enjoying working with couples during a very meaningful purchase and having strong selling skills. Those who are not comfortable with a consultative sales approach or building relationships may find it challenging to thrive.
