Pros
Probably one of my favorite work environments. Very low key, understated work place with lots of great people and a nice family atmosphere. I really enjoyed all of my coworkers. I was at the bottom of the food chain but they gave me opportunities to work up to higher levels and brainstorm with senior executives as a learning experience. They genuinely seemed to value my opinion and were interested in what I had to offer at the company. Access to a company gym is included, and company dinners at some really nice restaurants (hey, it's Robb Report!) and a memorable Christmas party are some fun staples.
Cons
It is hard to think of some cons of working at Robb Report. There are a lot of SVPs, which sometimes can make the company feel a little top-heavy or bureaucratic in their movements, but the fact that a magazine publisher is growing and still profitable means they must be doing something right.
