      Enjoyed the work enjoyed working with one employee. I believe I was good at what I did. close to home only took 20-25 minutes to get to work,

      Not enough support, the person who I relied on to help me do my job thought a lot of himself and took a long time to finally get to you for help

      Pros

      Great benefits. After 1 yr. they contribute 4% of your annual income to your rrsp. The owner is approachable. She Listens to employees.

      Cons

      It's hard to move up. A lot of employees has been there forever you have to wait for their retirement before you get promoted.
