Pros
There were some great people working there, but most have left now. At the ground level, I think many people really were trying to make a good environment for the customers, their co-workers, and the drivers.
Cons
The management policies seemed to make things worse, not better, on a daily basis. It seems like the front line employees are not valued much by the company. The impression was that Roadlink was run into the ground by some bad upper level management decisions and then with a name change, RoadOne launched with the same management and same treatment of the employees and drivers. Having met them, I think they truly did want to grow, be successful, be respected, and maybe they even wanted to do the right thing. I'm not really sure what the disconnect was once that desire made it into policies, but it was a hard place to be proud to work quite often.
