Pros
All of the people I worked with were friendly and made me feel very comfortable in the work environment. I definitely felt like I could ask questions regarding anything I was unsure about. Working here might be good for someone interested in entering language education.
Cons
This is a very disorganized company with unclear future goals. Both of their offices are messy and seem unfinished, aside from being shared with multiple other organizations.
My biggest issue with RoLa was that I was thrust into a teaching post for an ESL class without ever having had any training or experience with teaching. Not only was I completely unprepared, the people who were paying for a private language class were, essentially, getting a lower-quality product because of my lack of preparation.
