It has excellent potential to grow like many international famous fashion design houses because of its name in the industry.

Overall management is lackluster and staff well-being was never a priority. The staff is always expected to give more to their work when those extra efforts were never compensated properly. Some of the staff even had to work extra 4 hours overtime, unpaid, because the big bosses always take in last minute projects.

They have the best team, everyone was nice and supportive. The interviewer was very calm and nice, she was understanding and a very good listener.

I have no bad memory of working there.
