It is a remote-first company, with a very cohesive culture that is unique to the region. It has a very jovial character and retains group dynamics that help reduce the alienation inherent in remote connections. From time to time they organize tournaments with prizes and dynamics outside of work to relax and share with colleagues. The Freelancer contract is not restrictive. They are quite flexible with schedules and payments are punctual.

It is a company that is still growing, so salaries may not be as competitive in the region considering the workload and experience hired.
