      Pros

      Pay was great, but they will cycle technicians out every 3-4 years and pay a lot less. So its pays well before they lay you off.

      Cons

      Everything. Toxic environments, low morale, no teamwork, not able to take PTO or sick days, travel 100% on budget Frontier airlines. Anything they can con you out of, or cheat you on - they will. Zero focus on the future. R2 is trash.

      - Great exposure to the product - Amazing teammates, boots on the ground collaboration - Onboarding is really well done - they take this part seriously and I appreciate that.

      Cons

      - Limited growth - Constantly worried whether your department is getting laid off. - I've worked at plenty of other startups and EV companies and this one is by far the worst. - Zero job security unless you're JR
