      Pros

      - Human centric - Flexible working conditions (can do most of my work online) - Welcoming and open + fun activities - Diversity - work among different countries: Mostly in English) - You get responsibility and have the opportunity to grow and learn a lot

      Cons

      It is a big organization, which is great because it offers many opportunities, but as a con some projects may take a bit longer as it needs to go through more steps to be approved. Therefore, activities and tasks need to be planned and pursued in advance and with a plan.

      Pros

      As an employee, I feel very appreciated. The flexible working hours allow me to manage my professional and private challenges well. Because of these opportunities and benefits and the work that satisfies me, I can't imagine working anywhere else at the moment. My supervisor in particular supports me in all things. I always feel well informed about new developments in the company. I would recommend Riverty as an employer to anyone, who is close to me.

      Cons

      Riverty could join Hansefit. Then you could keep fitter. And some internal processes take a little longer, but that's understandable for such a large company.
