Pros
Definitely, it is a good place to start from zero for beginners. Also, there are a lot of career opportunities in Bertelsmann. In large and multi-cultural organizations, no one doesn't be patronizing. Remotely working, secure and lovely place. The most beautiful things are all of the employees (even the managers) share free their feelings with you. Also, the events of the company are great, awesome, and outstanding. We are believing that we are strong once we are together. So, pros/cons ideas or thoughts are welcome in Arvato. If you are smart and you have a vision, you can be another good manager (like your manager in Arvato) just in the next two years.
Cons
The problem is teams are designed wrong. Each team member is located different country, which means it may take time to get used to the environments and domains. Each team member may new joiner which means it takes time to get knowledge about domain or general issues. Sometimes you may feel that `I'm alone in my team.` because I mentioned those things at above. The salary and motivation packages are not competitive. The salary is a little bit less than in the IT industry.
