Benefits and 401k are ok.

Cons

Signed up for a 9 hour workday and working 16 hours per day and most weekends. As long as the job gets done, Management don't care about you. We are losing business due to poor leadership. I'm seeking other employment.

1. Company culture. Everyone at RLX truly cares about you. From your peers to the CEO. They will make you feel welcomed and your work will be appreciated. 2. Diverse experiences. You will be assigned different roles based on your interests, skills, and company needs. These are active roles that provide real value which help shape the direction of your career. 3. Leadership experience. You will travel to places across the country you've never been to before and learn hands-on leadership skills in managing people, motor carriers, warehouses, business processes etc.

Cons

This industry moves quickly. If you don't like change, this may not be a good fit for you.
