City has more than generous benefits to offer. Organization by itself is not bad.

For some teams chit-chat for 3-4 hours a day, 1-2 hour lunchtime, abusing generous leaves that city provides is normal and that does not affect their career progression even when they do not know a lot. Whereas for some other teams working hard gets them nowhere but into weeds of politics and being responsible may put you in trouble. So don't work if you work here :) ! One only gets fired for very serious crime only otherwise its just more work for supervisor to keep putting several performance improvement plans for employee every year.
