Administration - Administrative Assistant Riverside Medical Center (LA) Employee Review

Work is fast pace in the Er , staffing is good , benefits are great . If you live in or around franklinton the commute is better then driving 30 to 40 mins to work.

Pay is not worth all the work an mental an physical stress for 12 hour shifts .

Can't think of any...not even a steady pay check. They put a hold on our retirement contributions for 4 months last year because they couldn't cover their bills. Also there were a few times when checks were late because they had to find the money to cover payroll.

Most recently they lied to everyone in the hospital and the board members about a raise they gave a few nurses that they thought they had slipped past everyone. While no one else in the hospital has received a raise in going on 5 years.
