With all private schools, pay is low. But it goes to serve the mission

The atmosphere. The people who work at Riverside are missionaries who believe who have a heart for the kids and for Jesus.

It does not pay a lot, and it is essentially a volunteer position with housing and a monthly stipend included. However, our needs are always taken care of and there are a lot of great perks.
