      Gained a lot of experience. The executive sous chef was amazing to work with and I learned quite a bit from him!

      Cons

      Line cooks were racist and prejudicial towards BIPOC.

      Pros

      Great location; challenging economic conditions. OK Benefits. Salary was commensurate with experience, the market and the opportunity. Consulting revenues met my expectations.

      Cons

      entered into a difficult economic environment with many legal challenges. Timing is everything and this company missed the window. Legal fees were high.
