Leadership only cares about leadership, constantly scrambling to try and “make things right.” It’s very clear that legacy Rivermark employees are not wanted in the new organization.
“Everyone gets to keep their jobs” was a lie.
Teams are spread so thin, everyone is exhausted and constantly on edge.
CEO makes no effort to get to know legacy Rivermark employees (direct example of them being unwanted)
If you’re considering this company. Don’t. No one knows what they are doing, leadership is full of it, funds are being allocated for all the wrong things. Employees don’t have proper access to the tools they need to do their jobs effectively.
I would also take into account that if this is going on behind the scenes, I’m not sure I’d trust them with my money.
Anyone reading this may think “oh this person is just angry.” You’re right, I’m furious, sad and downright embarrassed by how fast this company has gone downhill. However, I’m also being honest. People deserve to know what’s really going on here.
The “values” are compete BS, it’s all a front to look like an inclusive place to work which can be easily sold as the company once was all of the things it claimed it was.
