      Coworkers are good and easy to work with good teamwork overall

      Cons

      Low pay, very dangerous due to acute patients and under staffing. Administration has unrealistic expectations and does nothing to incentivize people to work. Poor patient conditions. Infested with mice. Difficult to reach HR. Out of touch management, high turnover due to extremely poor working conditions. They don’t care about your safety or retaining employees and put profit over people.

      Honestly the only good part was my coworkers, you’ll meet some pretty nice people here

      Cons

      Management is no support, constantly short staffed, they will take you off your unit in the middle of your shift and put you on an even short staffed unit, sometimes it’ll just be one tech for 25 patients and management will not come and help. Place will set you up for stress and failure!!!!
