Pros
The rotas are created fairly and the management were very helpful when needing time off for illness as I had epilepsy and it was very difficult to control, very understanding staff who were more than happy to step in if needed. A great sense of team work, always willing to help one another to make the operations run smoothly. Opportunity for in house promotion was available and hard work was always encouraged in order to better the experience.
Cons
The main challenges are clear communication in large stores for example the Metro Centre, Gateshead branch. This posed issues when needing to assist customers at an acceptable pace, also accessing stock rooms could also be difficult after deliveries because of the amounts and lack of space available, though this couldnt really be helped due to high customer demand.
