Pros
Flexible hours, promote a fun working environment and everyone on the team always are willing to help out, no matter if it's outside working hours or not. Management is heading the right direction, improved on a lot on communication and streamlined processes using the right tools. They value culture a lot. Open minded and never afraid to try new things, so lots of opportunities to learn and play around with new technologies.
Cons
Often need to work longer hours + outside of working hours due to issue with the product. It is still a start up, so often have to wear multiple hats. Majority of the team are fairly new to the company, there were a lot of people who left last year (due to lots changes as the business picked up), so a lot to adjust and not easy to backfill. It takes time to bond with teammates and not as easy when they keep changing. But think this phase has passed and I do expect our current team members to stay for some time.
