Pros
Vacation time and paid time off that I was able to get was good. I was an employee before all the HUGE MAJOR changes.
Cons
HUGE CHANGES! There is not ONE "Ritzman" still working for the company. As technicians they have 4 different levels. As pay goes its all over the board! The good technicians are not making what they should be. They are hiring people with no experience who do not care about patients AT ALL and they are make close to what the great technicians are.
