      Pros

      I had great team and enjoyed company culture. I started as a part-time seller once a week and got promoted to Assistant Store manager. Rituals are good at promoting their own employees.

      Cons

      Quite a few rules and limitations, but honestly this is to be expected and I did not view it as a negative thing.

      - rude - the workers there are like forty years old crying about a non-commission sale to a 16 year old
