      Pros

      products are AMAZING. I still use them even without my employee discount. The majority of the staff at individual stores are wonderful. and the CEO is GREAT.

      Cons

      they feel there is a one size fits all mentality, never taking into account the difference for European and American shopper habits. They also consistently demand their workers take on responsibilities above their job title, and drag them on for months before paying them the correct wage.

      - rude - the workers there are like forty years old crying about a non-commission sale to a 16 year old
